Hi, my first post on here so just hoping someone can help. I'm having probems with damp from outside to inside on my walls. Even had it re rendered and re plastered. My question is. Is there a varnish of some kind that acts as a water sealer to external brick work, I am aware of the clear stuff you can buy but just wondered if anybody knew of any others with a bit of colour. I don't want bog standard masonry paint although a good one would be xonsidered. Not sure if the property needs re pointing, landlord says not and the cavities have been cleared so this is my last idea. Thanks for reading.

You've had it rendered on the inside and still getting damp through?
Are you sure it's not condensation?
