Water seeping into kitchen

Hi,

When it rains heavy, a build up of rain seems to build up on the exterior wall of my property at the back. Especially above the kitchen door. Once this happens water starts to seep into the bottom of the architrave and creates a puddle on the floor.
Water also drips from the top or the architrave, where the frame runs around above the door.

Any advice as to what is happening/what I may need to do to solve this?
