Hi,
Advice appreciated.
Have fitted a fourwinds timer contolled water softener. It's model E10T which looks the same as the one wickes sell.
Problem is that the regenration process only seems to be effective when the salt tank is manually primed like when first installed.
The regeneration cycle completes but presumably one stage is not working.
Fourwinds have not returned my calls so would like to more about the problem before i email them.
Is anyone familiar with this softener enough to advise at what stage water should enter the salt tank and when the brine is sucked through to regenerate the resin?
Thanks,
Francis
