water supply pipe size

Hi all

I am about to convert my home into 3 flats It currently has 1 25mm supply pipe to the property. Will i need to have 2 extra supply pipes installed, or will it be sufficient to replace the existing supply with a 32mm pipe and then split this pipe 3 ways? Would using 1 pipe give each flat water pressure problems?

Measure the current flow rate and pressure through the single 25mm MDPE pipe, then report back.
