Water Tank Support

Hello all.

When we moved in to our first floor flat (converted house) it said in the survey we should strengthen the support of the water tank in the loft. I can see an outline of the water tank from the bedroom ceiling.

I do not not know what would be involved and would probably like to get someone in to sort this out. Can someone give me an indication of the type of things that might be done and the type of trader I need to get in touch with?

Sounds like you need a joiner to reinforce the joists and/or the framework the tank is sitting on.

Not a big job.
