Water trapped in flat roof?

I'm building a flat roof and think I have some water trapped in it. There is water dripped out the lowest point (on the outside), which is probably going through my vapor barrier (which should have been water proof). It's hard to tell how much water could be in there, but will this be a problem? The water will have either gone through my OSB deck and insulation, or ran down the edges and flowed to the lowest point.

My membrane is EDPM and I've now done about half of it. I know my temporary water proofing (DPM) has let water in as I had seen puddling on my insulation and upper OSB deck, but I was hoping there wasn't much that got through. I'm sure other people must have the problems. Will I end up with rotten OSB etc. or is it likely to be ok?

It's hard to tell, it's probably filtering it's way through a seam in the membrane or a screw hole. There's not much you can do, rip it all out or leave it be and hope for the best. Without ripping it out you'll never really know if/how much moisture is locked inside the insulation.
