any advice would be greatly appreciated.
So we found water under our subfloor over 4 month ago, we live in a pre war semi with wood floor , it was the foist smell that alerted us
It is weather related, after heavy rain it takes maybe 10 mins before it starts seeping in.
We know it is coming in from a corner of the house or through the party wall but neighbours are not interested !
Both privately owned houses.
Had many tradesmen out followed all advice, so they all think now its coming from the neighbour, who denies he has any water under his floor. even though I have mopped 4 buckets of water from under the floor today by hand from next to our adjoining wall !
They have built their patio 10years ago and raised it higher than ours, our patio is sealed concrete.
However today I noticed a maybe 5 millimetre gap between a concrete fence post (ours) and the back wall of the house about the same area the water is coming in, the gap is quite deep maybe a foot.
What is the best way to fill the gap in ?
Thanks
