This may be crushingly obvious but... when sealing bathroom walls, do I use waterproof or non-waterproof PVA? They've been sanded back to plaster & I want to "seal" this before painting...

Bathroom doesn't get heavy use so not a very damp room, but don't want to end up with mouldy walls or peeling paint.

Probably obvious?...to someone!

 Help!

Don't prime walls for painting with PVA. I did it once and it all peeled off.

Use a coat of bathroom paint that is diluted by 20% and you'll have no bother.

Its an old wives tale..and as Joe said...doesnt work...the paint will seal the walls anyway, you can use whatever you want on the walls, personally I find K&B paint hard work its a bit like glue.
