Hello
We have ripped out the old en-suite/shower room. I was stunned at the amount of water damage. Water must have been getting behind the tiles for years! Luckily there is no rot to the stud walls. All the plaster board around the shower area will need replacing with something more robust/water proof.
I'm thinking of using marine ply around the shower area, then lining that with a tanking product, then tiling over that.
What I want is the best possible 'waterproof' method of sticking the tiles on and grouting them. I've read snippets about expoxy grouts and adhesives and I assume this is the way to go?
TIA ... Mick
