Waterproofer mixes

Hi All,

I am going to plaster my pond with a mortar mix adding a waterproofer. It tells me to add 250ml to 25kg cement. Trouble is, I am mixing by hand so would appreciate any help. Ratios for sand and cement etc. I suppose I will have a lot of calculating to do.
