Hi All,
I have built a garden storage box which has a level sitting (ie, no slope) hinged lid.
The lid is constructed from bits of stud work and tongue and groove boards from an old shed.
I have designed the storage box to double up as a bench.
I now need to find some method of waterproofing the lid.
One thing to consider is that I want to sit on the thing so corrugated surfaces are no good.
I have a roll of what was once self adhesive felt which is so old it is no longer self adhesive and I have been trying to find a paint on adhesive or something similar which can be applied to the tongue and groove boards and then roll out the no longer sticky self adhesive felt onto it.
Any suggestions or alternative ideas gratefully recieved.
Cheers for reading.
