wb hot water probs stop wife and daughter giving earache

got a worcester bosch 28 cdi boiler. when you turn on hot water tap or shower boiler comes on ok, water heats up for around 30 seconds to a minute then boiler shuts down then relights again and carries on like this for as long as tap is running resulting in water going hot and cold and me getting an earfull from wife and daughter.had a plumber in and he changed primary heat exchanger which hasnt worked but has left me 140 quid down.really dont want to waste any more money like that.also pressure rising when not in use
