New professional installation, Ideal Standard WC, back to wall model with hidden 6L cistern, dual flush.
The problem is incomplete flushing on most occasions. Supplier says they had no complaints after 100’s of installations, but would send their rep. to investigate in due course.
OK, I do have a high fibre diet but my other WC (25 years old) does the job fine.
I have looked at the DEFRA web site and have seen tests using coloured water and paper to check flushing efficiency, but could not find out what they use for solid matter. Could anyone suggest a test procedure I could use to convince my supplier.
Cheers

I guess 'sitting down on the job' is a toilet testers term then

I guess they wouldn't be able to say 'same sh*t, differnet day' either ;)

Get a tin of prunes, wait for the rep and give him a demo, offer to repeat it as often as necessary, in fact, insist on repeating it until he offers you something, other than another toilet roll.
I need to get a life, even making myself laugh now................

Well a plumber came down adjusted the tank and inlet pipe, so I didn't have to use my broad beans.
Thanks to all the guys who provided material for my Friday night standup show.

Is it true that all the royal family have their fart valve removed at birth, I mean has anyone ever heard any royal let one go EVER.

Frequently, every time they open their mouths to speak, allegedly ;) .

So the valve is repostitioned, not removed?

Does this explain their waste pipes backing up and that retched stench?

Of course the Queen doesn't fart. She has a lady-in-waiting to do it for her!

Sorry your Majesty. Couldn't resist that. I suppose my next post will be from the Tower.
