Wonder if you can help me.
I have two low level WCs in a property I own, these are connected to the same soil stack, one is one the ground floor, the other is one the first floor.
When I fluch the one on the ground floor the water level rises to near the top of the pan before falling well below it's normal 'resting' level
When I flush the WC on the first floor everything appears to be fine, however the WC downstairs starts to gargle and make glugging noises.
Am I right in thinking that I have a blockage betwen the two? How can I resolve this problem?
Many thanks in advance,
Terry
