WD 12x - door stuck!

Help!
My washer drier door is jammed stuck. I have had it on wash and then dry. The cycle has ended. There is no water left in it. I have turned it off at mains and back on - yet still it won't open. It is not a fault in the cycle or any thing to do with the electrics - it is more of a mechanical problem with the handle. Any advice?

You might be able to remove the top cover, then reach down (POWER OFF)
and try to disable the catch.
