No one knocks the MODs more than me. However, they are doing a service that is unpaid and in their own time. YES they do frequently delete posts without explanation and I have stated on many occasions that I think that this is wrong. A polite notice attached to a post that is deleted is all that is required and would be beneficial to ALL members.

That said, I think your youtube post is annoying to say the least!
