Hi All,
We have a bit of a draught coming in through both front and back doors, and I wanted to weather proof them.
The problem is they have this thin black rubbery type material that seems like it came with the door which clearly doesn't work that well, and I'm not sure where to put the foam stuff I have. Its the 9mm x 6mm weathering strip foam. The door kind of has 2 jambs which part of the problem.
I added the foam strip where the red line is in the attached photo, but it still sat behind the existing black rubber strip, so basically did nothing. I'm thinking I need to add instead where the green line is. It would then get squashed in between the frame and the black rubbery built into the door.
Does anyone have any advice?
