How many times do you come across "This site is under construction, please visit again soon" or similar.

I think a lot of this is because they have got the domain, so the search engines find it before they have developed the site (this can take time).

My company website has just been redesigned, it never went off line, there was a seamless change to the new site.


I am trying to get into the electorial register on my local council & am getting that message. It wouldnt be to bad if they put a date when work is expected to be completed.
