Wee stains on gloss paint and laminate. How to remove?

A stain has appeared on the boxing in behind the toilet and on the flooring what i can only think of is wee when the little one goes the toilet in the night half asleep. However i cant remove it. The boxing in you can see where it has dripped down the side panel and staines are on the laminate flooring.

Ive tried most things such as soapy water, disinfectant, a heavy duty cleaner from work that usually cleans anything and even bleach.

The bleach has worked the best so far but its still visible. I thought this should easily wipe clean with warm soapy water but no.

Any tricks or tips to get it cleaned up as it looks so manky

Tried white vinegar, leave it to soak, acid is required to shift wee stains.
