Weep Vents

Hi,

I have just moved into a new build and noticed that the weep vents are random in terms of the installation. Can you please advise what the regs are for installing weep vents?

Is it rendered or brick and is it NHBC?

Hi, The house is constructed of brick and is regsitered with the NHBC.

About every fourth brick.

Or for smaller openings, say three per opening, i.e. doorway sized.

I take it you are referring to the weep vents above lintels i.e. cavity tray vents?
