Weird fibres in airing cupboard

Hi all,

First post here spurred on by the rabbit hole of asbestos worry I've gotten myself into.

Having gone through an asbestos scare recently I'm not pretty worried. I noticed in our airing cupboard this broken bit of board, and having read AIB was used once upon a time here now worried that it might be in fact AIB.

The house is an 80s house

Would much appreciate advise here.

Yes we're getting someone over to take a sample, I was just hoping someone might be able to say from experience as I'm pretty worried now.

Looks like fibre board used for its insulation properties.
