Hi
Can anyone tell me what the 2 plugs are for in the photo? (They both push in or pull out). Not sure what they are for or if they should be in or out.

You can use them to limit the movement of the TRV head so that they can't be turned up or down more than you dictate by where the pin(s) are put.
