I'd appreciate any help. I've had an extension built about 6 months ago by company that went bust- so no support there! We've had lot of rain through October to November with no leaks or damp anywhere. But after a month of snow and ice in December i've noticed damp patches either side of the extension above the supporting pillars for the glass roof. The mortor under the coping stones was damaged so i had it replaced with a plastic sealant. The brickwork under the coping stones on the front pillars seems very wet after rain and i have a damp patch inside on top of supporting pillars. There is a dpc in. Any help would be much appreciated
