ok, I just finished laying my 1200g dpm on the block and beam floor, and got the celetex 80mm all nicely butted together with the t-break upstands to outside walls, then the heavens opened before I could tape the floor boards on the first floor to provide any sort of protection from the rain.
Now I have pools of water lying on the celetex (foil backed so not so worried, it will dry off) but I expect also some water between the celetex and the dpm. I am about to foil tape the celetex and am wondering if I need to lift it all first to let it dry out underneath? in 6 days 60mm of screed is going down.
I figure it will all dry out in the end or am I being to optimistic and should 'get out there lad with my bucket and mop'???
