Wet patch after rain

Hi I have tried looking at old posts first..couldn’t find a similar post.

I got this in the inside of my wall after the heavy rain last night.

Any ideas other than get a roofer to check the opposite side / which is a external wall…

Just interesting it’s right in the corner and I’m not sure if it’s comes through the wall or roof…

Would need some pics of outside..is it a dormer or verge?

Hi thanks for your reply, it’s on the right side edge of the dorma.….as it’s on the end wall I am thinking it’s an issue with the black outlined section, hence the edge of the roof line, will send a pic asap

Is your verge in a similar poor condition as next door?
