Hi. I've noticed a small damp patches between membrane and rafters. It happens only after heavy rain.

What's the pitch? Guessing its a newish roof? What tiles are they? What's the lap? Could have just been a weird roof anomaly where the wind direction/rainfall combined made the roof more susceptible to a leak, it's likely come in where it's been nailed or there might be a tear in the membrane you can't see.
