I've just been up in our loft to put back some chairs we had down for Christmas and noticed that the lining of the roof (the felt stuff) is wet and there are some drips on the floor of the loft.
It is very frosty at the moment and I would imagine some heat is going out through the roof.
It doesn't seem to be one small area of the roof but quite a bit. I don't see any loose/missing tiles but it's hard to see from ground level.
Is it possible the frost has expanded the gaps in the tiles or am I clutching at straws and should be worried ?
Thanks
