Afternoon.

I'm looking to change my wet room into a utility room with x1 washing machine and x1 sink with obviously a level floor. Currently there is a toilet , sink and shower trap ( concrete floor ). I can see this has been added since the house was built (2000) and new soil waste pipe taken underground to a new drain in the garden ( pipes not visible so all underground)

My questions is - I no longer require the toilet waste or the shower waste but obviously need the sink waste to connect my washing machine to and for my sink. I assume the sink and shower waste pipe connect to the toilet waste pipe somehow, what would I have to do to correct this ( see pic attached which shows the route the shower pipe goes when I have lifted the cover ). Could I blank off the toilet pipe and shower? Would I have to remove concrete floor etc?

See pics attached - excuse my badly drawn annotations :)
Many thanks.
