Hello,
I've just noticed these white spots/areas in my cellar. It's an old victorian coal cellar, which is generally quite damp. This is under the hallway just below the main entrance door. The white (possibly) fungi is not directly on the floor boards, but there is another supporting board in between >> Timber joist, supporting steel sheets/planks, board (which has the white areas), floorboards.
This might be weather related, but it was not present during the survey, which was about a year ago now. Does anyone have an idea what this is and if it us advisable to spray the area with some anti fungi or anything else?
Thanks in advance.
