What adhesive for wall panels

I nned some adhesive for fixing pvc wall panels to moisture resistant plasterboard.
The wall panel supplier says any silicone sealer will do the job but I'm more inclined to go for a grab type product.
I've been looking at Screwfix's offerings and there's a huge choice.
Some say 1 surface should be porous,others don't.....any recommendations ?

Avoid grab products - some of the solvents can damage the PVC

I did notice some of the grab products are solvent free

You need a product which will flex with the pvc movement, silicon is ideal.

Will silicon have enough adhesive properties ?
I have just been looking at a few websites of companies that sell these panels and most seem to use grip adhesives .
I really don't want to be using the wrong product.

Btw,the panels I'm using are 10mm thick corrugated type t+g. I wouldn't have thought there'd be much or any flex in them once mounted

The panels move slightly with temperature change , if held tight they can buckle.
