Just had a new window fitted but it was missing one of these little things. I have attached a picture of the left and one of the right (where it is missing). Is there a name for it so I can purchase one? Thanks in advance.

Get the company back then if they've just been fitted, also ask them why the cill is a different make to the window

Water passes between the rubber seal and the glass. It would accumulate on the window frame under the glass unless they drilled a little slot and then on the face of the window to allow any water out. The manufacturer then pops a little cover over the slot for visual purposes. I've seen hundreds of windows where they've pinged off over the years and the owners have never noticed or not bothered to pop them back on.
