What are your thoughts on "tiling" in loos and bath and shower rooms? Are they always best to have?

A top quality tiling job will always be a better end result than cost effective panels.

But panels are far less maintenance, can look decent nowadays and remove the need for an actually skilled (or who is paid enough to care) tiler.
