Yes, imagine a country spending money on its own historical buildings when it could donate it abroad. How ridiculous.

The EU building in Brussels was only built a few years back, but they can spend vast amounts building something super fancy.

Blinkered M Itch, Judith and gasbag seem to think that EU politicians are the only wasteful crooks. How blissfully naïve. They forget how corrupt our own grasping duplicitous politicians behave and how wasteful they are.
Surprising really. Mebbe they need to get out into the world.
