What BS and rating is this?

I would guess at BS88 60A, but without actually seeing what cartridge is installed no one can say for sure.
My DNO would always say 1361 type II - This is what they install below 100amp as standard.

My advice is always to put unknown if you cannot be sure.

On something like this, it may simply be a six inch nail bridging the fuse holder, (and the neutral side too), so just put unknown fuse. 
I would agree with the people who say 1361 fuse but what ampage is just a guess 60 or 100 you can't tell with out taking the fuse out. Even if EDF don't want you to break the seal . Another worrying thing is can any one see the earth cable on the block or coming from the head????
