what do i do next? central heating prob

Total DIY novice here guys.
I had 2 radiators off in the living room whist decoration, reconnected the radiators, fired on the water again, filled up the system, got pressure up to 1 - 1.5 bar as recommended, bled all the radiators, reset the pressure but boiler will not come on. Flashes error code 4 which says insufficient water pressure or poor flow in system. I have a Vokera combi boiler btw

it could be that the auto air vent in your linea isn't operating or the dust cap is tightened down. even though it's flashing '04' it'll still run the pump and may clear the air itself. sometimes if you turn them on and off a few times it'll clear. worst case is that the pumps knackered.
