What do I lay rubber floor tiles on?

Hi all,

I've posted on here before explaining that I'm doing a course which involves an assignment decorating a 2 bed flat. All I have is the plan, so I'm basically starting from scratch.

I was just wondering how I would prepare a floor for rubber tiles? Lets just say that the floor is already concreted, to save for any confusion.

I'd ask the manufacturer of the tiles what their specification is for substrate preparation.

Probably a self levelling screed if it's concrete, but it depends on the make of the tile and use they will be subjected to.
