What do you call this light switch

Hi I have a rotary dimmer controlling 4 gu10 led lamps. Now looking to fit a Shelly 2 dimmer and get a new light switch like a reactive switch. Up for increased light and down for decreased light but how do you just switch on/off and does it remember last setting and what would I look for ?
