anyway idea is to have one in our bedroom, for a few reasons to mount the tv (as the width is only 25cm) as we havent a great deal of room at the end of the bed, to boost heat on cold nights, as out the back of our house is always the coldest part, have on if we fancy turning the heating off and staying in one room, i know there not the most efficient heaters, but at 1kw for half hour / to an hour now and again should do the trick and shouldnt cost the earth??
also do you think it will look on in a bedroom?? as i know mostly there meant for front rooms.

Personally I'm not that comfortable about burning something similar to petrol in my bedroom with an open flame, but you might like the idea.
