What drill size will i need to get to fit a standard bathroom fan, and whats best make to get?

Assume you mean core size?? 100mm ductwork, 110mm core drill.

107mm seems more common. Oh yeah, you must use the right kind of drill!!

And if it's the core drill you mean, then unless you're going to make a habit of it, hiring is a cheaper option.
