What has caused these cracks outside

Just Moved into a 1910 house. The kitchen extension is less than 5 years old. I've just spotted all these cracks in the render. They are all rectangular is shape. Any ideas? I've no details of the builder or make up of the extension. Do I fill the cracks or take it all off.

I dont know about cracks but that verge in image 1 looks like it needs repointing.

They are almost insignificant at the moment but if they open up over time or you want to deal with them now then open them up a little, and fill with gun cartridge polyurethane.
There's been previous attempts to do a bit of filling in.

fwiw: the gutter in pic 1. appears to be too low on the fascia.
