What is going on with this **** useless search?

produces 682 hits.

produces nothing.

Now I know - I absolutely know with utter, cast-iron certainty, that some of kai's posts have images in them.

So why does the 2nd search not work?

It is not a fault with the search, but with how posts are determined to have images or not. This is why your search is not working very well. This should improve as the forum is reindexed in due course.

Glad it's not just me then. It's really neither use nor ornament that search facility.
We can't rightly have a go at posters for not searching for an answer when it's in this state.

There was a problem with the search that prevented any searches from executing, hence your empty result. The search process has been restarted and is now working again.
