What is this called?

I need to replace the drawer runners on some kitchen drawers. The existing ones are attached with a screw from the inside which goes through the wall of the draw in to the runner.

The screw runs through some sort of collar to stop the plastic draw side from splitting. I need to get new ones but don't know what they are called to search for them. Do they have a name?

Sorry, I couldn't quickly find a match to your parts, but searching for 'top hat grommets' may give you a start.

Thanks for the suggestion. Just had a look at that but they mostly seem to be rubber sealing type grommets. The ones are need are hard plastic.
