What is this nut called?

Hi, does anyone know what this is called and where I can get some? It's off a flat pack cot. Someone kindly gave us the cot, but not enough of these to assemble it, and I can't find anywhere that sells them.

looks like a cross-dowel fixing.

You can buy both the bolts and the cross dowels at many places online.
