What is this part found under my washing machine?

My Indesit washing machine hasn't been draining properly, and I suspect that slight odour of dampness in the air may be coming from it!
I pulled it out and found this (attached photo) lying on the floor underneath.
Does anyone happen to know what it is? Is it from the machine?

It's part of the transit bolt that was removed when you bought it.
