What is this screw/bolt called

Help please! Repairing some wobbly garden chairs and took them apart to find these little bolts disintgrated
Can anyone tell me what they are called so I can buy some more please!

It's called a cross dowel. They come in various sizes and threads. Any hardware type place will have them, or eBay.

You need to find out the thread size of your existing one first though, as there are different sizes available.
