It has a soft and foamy texture and Its set on the inside of the original exterior wall of the building. Is it vermiculite insulation and what are the asbestos related risks if anyone can advise? Thank you

After more research, seems more like expanded cork granulates. This has a foamy popcorn texture. Thanks for the answer!
