What is this water soaking up thingy?!

I bought this online a few months back as an emergency fix for a small leak behind the sink and now need to buy another one but can't for the life of me find it again! I've checked my emails and searched online but don't really know what it's called. It's about 1m long but I seem to remember them coming in all sorts of lengths. Any tips?!

(the leak has been fixed but the worktop behind the sink is knackered and it's more covering the damage for the moment!)
