I can't determine what bulbs I would need to replace these with. I can't see anything like them online. Any help would be appreciated!

G4 halogen, probably 20W.
Obsolete for several years already, however may still be available from some places.
LED replacements will not work with the existing transformer, so if you want LED you should look for complete LED units which will fit in the same size holes in the cabinet.
