What paint for a fibreglass portico ??

This is one of those glass-reinforced-plastic, psuedo-georgian porticos on the front the house belonging to an elderly relative.

It's a bit shabby now, with small holes developing in various places.

I have already filled the holes to keep the weather out, but need to paint the whole thing (white).

A good wash and scrub and then two coats of gloss no undercoat..thin the first one a little...

I was suspecting that using gloss for g.r.p. yacht hulls was a bit excessive for this application.
