What parts do I need to restore window?

Can anyone advise on the correct parts I need to restore my window.

I have marked the area in red where I am referring to.

It is like a rubber seal which is either no longer present or it has, in some cases shrunk and cracked

In picture 2, the gap is on the larger side (9.5mm)

I'm thinking the glass needs to come out for that one.

Interior is easy as just pulls out
